I take my birth control pills every night before I go to bed. One day, I remembered that I hadn't taken it the night before, so I took it right then. Well now, I missed my period. I always start on Wednesday morning. Could I just be late... or preggars because I had sex with my boyfriend without a condom (he didn't *** in me though)? Help, am I just impatient or expecting???

Since today is Wednesday, I'm going to go with probably late.. though you could be preggers as you put it even with birth control pills and no condom use. They are not 100% effective. If you still haven't gotten your period within a week from the start date, then I would go get tested.

There are some over the counter tests that tell you the result beforee you miss your period. Just check the box and it will say how many days the test can check for befor the period is due. Sometimes when you take the extra pill the hormone can prolong your cycle, if they were the hormone pills. The different colors represent different strengths of hormone, and the last pills, the ones you take while you are on your period are placebo or sugar pills. ( they contain no hormone.)

The best thing to do now is to buy a rapid pregnancy diagnosis kit and test your urine. nobody can tell for sure whether its a delayed periods or pregnancy. and urine preg tests usually give a positive result from 2 days before missing periods. if its negative and still you havent got ur periods check once more after one week. and remember, next time you forget to take your pills for one day, take 2 pills the next day. if you forget for 2 days it no longer offers protection(shaw's text book of gynaecology). and its always safe to use a barrier contraceptive for reasons u may too well be knowing

You are probably just late. However, I would buy a pregnancy test just to be sure.

99%chances are you are not pregnant however it you donot get your periods in ten days get urine tested for pregnancy.Anxiety can sometimes lead to alteration in menstrual cycle.

you could be late or up....to be sure and on a safe side please do a pregnance test.
