Be very careful about posting a resume online, even on established services like Monster. If you do and you give an email address, you might as well kiss that email address goodbye for the tons of spam that you will get for the rest of your life. Zero actual employers are likely to contact you, but tons of scam artists and con men will try to do everything possible to get money from you. And for heavens sake don't put personal information like SSN or phone number or address on it.
