I never had one; but I was in the room just as my Father in Law was dying from cancer. He kept looking at the corner of the hospital room, where there was nobody, and saying "Come on, I know you want me. Come and get me." That creeped us all out, needless to say.

I had accidentally taken an overdose of insulin that too after taking a mild sedation. My family and friends said that I was deeply unconscious and failed to respond to very painful stimuli. I woke up (recovered)after four hours.I regained total consciousness after six hours. While going into coma I felt as though I was in an aircraft nose diving for a long time. I am healthy now. My faith in God increased and I am no longer afraid of anything.

Sort of.

I wouldn't call it a near death experience, but I had a very close call in a vehicle accident. (riding in pickup bed, it rolled and almost crushed me)

It made me happy to be alive for a number of years. Now that's my wife and son's jobs.

No I have never had one, but I've heard of a few.
The 1st is in a book "90 Minutes in Heaven". I havent read it yet but my mom has.

The 2nd off of Oprah. A woman (lets call her Sarah) was at her house with her mom when her boyfriend came in and shot them both. Sarah was shot in the skull. One of the EMT's said that when the found her they thought that she was dead, but then she reached out and grapped his ankle. They pulled all of the bones out of her mouth and she gasped for air. Her mother had died. Sarah remembers nothing from the inncident, except for her near death experience. She remembers crawling fast down a dark tunnel towards a light. When she got to the light, she asked God if it was her time to come home and if it wasnt then she would share her story to everyone how God had saved her life that day.
God saved her life.

And another I know through a friend. My mom's friend's grandson was dying from cancer. As he lay on the hospital bed, he told his dad, "Dad, I love you. But I see grandpa and i wanna go with him." He raised up his hands as in to hug his grandpa and died that very moment.

The final one also happened to a child I know through a friend. The child was dying of cancer. On Christmas Eve, she had a dream. The next day she went to her mom and said, "Mom, the angel in my dream last night said that God wants me to come home to him in heaven. SHe told me not to be scared and to tell you to pray and that everything will be ok. Mom, Im going to die soon, but i will see you again in heaven if you just pray Mommy." The child, 8 years old, died the next day.

Hope these were what you wanted.

Yes.
Mind-blowing & informative.
Yes, 4 the better. I have an almost " What Will B Will B " sort of attitude, where as B4 I was a bit of a control-freak.

yes. I felt like I was flying down a tunnel toward a light and my mother brought me back by shking me. It did not really change me but did make me a little more careful.
