if u hate ur job and u don't find it rewarding in anyway...then QUIT..life is too precious to waste doing smth that u don't enjoy...
n then again...surviving remains the number 1 goal...therefore, i'd advise u...to start looking for another....start exploring options...and try to do that fast...b/c the more u stay there, the more it's harder to leave...and the more comfortable u get in that uncomfortable position...which is smth u don't want..
May the Lord help u-and i'd encourage u to ask urself what's ur purpose in life...and how ur current job or future job relates to that. God Bless...::>:>

Do whatever it takes to find a new job before you leave your current job. If the situation is that bad, take a job that is below your skill set in the interim. Jobs at fast food restaurants and the like that offer more flexibility to enable a job hunt than a 9-5 position does. Do not quit until you have something else lined up though. Employment gaps do not look good on a resume and take more explaining.

It takes more than debating and deciding. You need to work at finding the right job. Figure out what your strengths and weaknesses are. Explore other jobs and see what you like. Talk to people in different jobs and find out what they are like. Make a list of all of the things you like in life and that you want for yourself and your family. Once you look at all of this stuff, you will be able to make some informed choices, make a plan to get to the job that would suit you, and work towards happiness. You might even discover that the job you have is the best one for you. For now, anyway.

Start searching hard for a new job. Spruce up your resume; start sending it out to different companies you would like to work for. Visit job websites to look for open positions. Just shop around. Once you get something, give your current job their two weeks notice.... and then leave. Don't quit until you find something new. If you think it's hard to get a job while you have a job, it's even worse when you're not currently employed. Good luck.

First figure out what type of job you want. If needed get qualifications for it. then take a day off from work and go for an interview. If you get in, quit your other job if not keep on trying without quitting your existing job. that way you always have a failsafe

If you go to work with a good attitude even though you hate your job things usually end up better in the long run. I wouldn,t quit your job unless you have another one to take its place. as you say finding a job these days is very tough

If you start now by putting your interests out there you have a better chance of getting a new job than if you sit around just thinking about how much you hate your job. The universe is yours and you only live once. You can do it!!

Tough! How many people do you know that you love their job. You go to work everyday till you find another miserable job you think u will like better. If benefits means wellfare, my taxes are not going to pay u because you are lazy.

I would look for a job and then when you get it, quit the company where you are working now. This is what I would do. I hope it helps.

You need to ask yourself if it's the job you hate or the people you work with. Then suck it up and put in your 8 hours. It pays the rent.
