I tried to get one but gave up as the cars kept winning. I've decided to stick to octopus racing, they tend to struggle on the corners. Tentacles flapping everywhere. Had a licence for 3 weeks now and have already won 2 races. Try it, its a right old laugh. Hope that helps

First of all, what kind of racing? If you want to drag race, go to your local track on test and tune night. you don't need a license for that. If you want to autocross then visit http://www.ovr-scca.org/gettingStarted/
they offer a variety of schools, training and events that you don't need a special license, all you need is a helmet and entry fee. they also host drifting events.
