Describe some good qualites about yourself but don't get too self-congratulitory. If you don't have any good qualites to describe then you're in the wrong line of work.

it is not so much what you say as it is how you say it. you need to be overflowing with confidence and always talk yourself up, everyone else is so you need to make a strong impression.
