Employers like confidence, so tell them that you feel that you can do the job better than most people, and that all you need is a chance to prove yourself.

Describe some good qualites about yourself but don't get too self-congratulitory. If you don't have any good qualites to describe then you're in the wrong line of work.

Emphasize them--what you can do for *them*. Make sure you bring up good work habits like punctuality, too, as well as your job-related skills.

it is not so much what you say as it is how you say it. you need to be overflowing with confidence and always talk yourself up, everyone else is so you need to make a strong impression.
