I eat like crazy too!! I am a fast food junkie and i'm always hungry but I can't gain any weight at all. It doesn't even necessarily have to be muscle, i'm just sick of looking so skinny.

You say you eat a lot BUT do you really? First stay away from the fast food and eat well prepared meals. Potatoes, eggs some meat. Count the calories for a week or so to have an idea. Next you need to start some type of resistance program to force yoru muscles to grow. Weights is one option. As you lift the muscle will in repsonse tothe work you are making it do. Depending on your age your bone will also react as they may need to get thicker to support the weight and support the increase muscles strength. Once you start the lifting program you will need to INCREASE the amount of food you eat to feed the muscles growth. If you find that you are getting to full or eating too much then there are MANY high energy type drinks you can purchase. You do not NEED to use a specific one from some body building mag. They are all very similar. I would lean toward ones with more protein BUT the best protein comes from meat and dairy as it is complete.

I had your same problem for years. I tried eating a lot which helped a little but produced a lot of unwanted fat. Protein drinks did not work for me either. Taking Creatine powder and lifting weights would probably be your best bet. I was able to put on bulk as opposed to putting on any fat when i began using it. In about six months i put on 20 pounds.

LOL! OH to have such problems!!!

Check out a couple of muscle building websites. There are protein drinks you can buy which will help you pack on weight.

I wouldn't recommend trying to eat more. That could backfire on you.

Best of luck!
