Yeah, but it's usually against the rules. A lot of schools have a policy saying that if the skirt is shorter than your knees you have to change. It's a little hard to enforce that unless you send the kid home though...
But don't you know the answer to that question already? You're a "highskewlprep" right?

I know the schools in our area have strict limits hands at your side the skirt has to be longer. And Short shorts are just not allow, neither are flip, flops.

welll i am in middle school, but i wear mini skirts all the time, not short shorts.

i do i'm not a prep i'm not a slut though i did get told to change sevral times i'm just hatted by the hall monitor she hate everyone though
