Don't miss her in "Batman: Year One" by Frank Miller and David Mazzucchelli. This story was originally printed in Batman #404-407. There was a trade paperback, but it may be out of print. There is an in-print "deluxe" hardcover with a $19.99 cover price that is available now. This story redefined/rebooted/ret-conned Catwoman as well as Batman. It's one of my faves.

In Detective Comics, writer Mike Barr and artist Alan Davis did a completely different take on her. Check out issue #570. Alan Davis is a killer artist, and they make Catwoman more of a villian. In fact, Barr and Davis had a terrific run in Detective. Check out any of their issues for great stories.

Happy reading!

If you don't already have them; Catwoman makes great appearances in "The Long Halloween" and "Dark Victory". Also a title that kind of ties into those in "When in Rome", which is all Catwoman.
These titles are all around the "Year One" period.
I know she's made plenty of appearances in other titles; Birds of Prey, JLA, and one of the Birds of Prey mini-series before the current title (I think it was "BOP: Manhunters") but I just can't recollect the issue numbers.
Her paw prints are all over the DCU.

for my area, DC is publishing various the final comics on the 2d, even without taking under consideration Vertigo and Wildstorm (which the two have their own dazzling titles). there isn't any reason in any admire that DC/Time-Warner could have any reason to sell DC Comics to everyone. DC is 2d in comedian revenues in basic terms to ask your self; in spite of the indisputable fact that they are 2d, they nonetheless carry an fairly dazzling ingredient to the industry. they do no longer seem to be in possibility of remaining down or going bankrupt. DC nonetheless is doubtless considered one of the final comedian publishing businesses available. And, as that is been observed, the action picture component of the business enterprise does little or no to consequence the comedian component of the business enterprise. specific, Catwoman and Batman and Robin have been unfavourable video clips. yet DC has released some great video clips. only as ask your self released great video clips like Spider-guy 2 and X-adult adult males 2, additionally they released unfavourable video clips like Spider-guy 3 and X-adult adult males 3, no longer even pointing out the Punisher, Ghost Rider, Daredevil, Elektra, and astonishing 4 video clips. And ask your self wasn't in possibility of remaining in the previous Disney offered them out. What logical reason could DC have for advertising their business enterprise? It isn't clever.

The best I can come up with is her in Batman. I prefer the comic book title myself, since you get more feel of her character.
