I am not too sure about milk, but I do know spicy food and Cinnamon can do it.

Also, keep your feet warm (like wear socks, slippers or something). Don't ask me why that helps, but it works for me.

I think milk can. I usually have diarrhea during menses and if I drink milk it gives me more pain, which is not exactly menstrual cramps but I think it is related.

milk can as it has ahigh content of lactic acid, so if u want to avoid cramps use a toned or fat free milk

only thing i can say is that i've heard anything high in sugar and especially caffeine. soda and coffee are definite don't when menstrating
