One of the problems with Miami is that you have to ask these questions.
In NYC, you dont have to ask "who has the best pizza" because the place on the corner is great.
Pizza - Andiamo?
Burger - you probably have to go to Chili's Flanagans, Hooters, etc. to get a decent one, but there really are no bars that stand out, just the corporate stuff.
Conch fritter - Jumbo's in Little Haiti on 7th Ave, but I really dont go for them so I cannot say for sure.
Chicken Wing - this is not really something that anybody can reallly screw up or excel at.
