I look in the mirror. If I don't look up to par. Then I get to it.

Actually, you should avoid exercizing too early in the morning,as it is very stressful for your heart to pass from a low rate (that of sleeping) to a very high rate attained when working out. You can wor out however after some three hours after waking up.Make sure you eat complex carbohidrates at breakfast, this will give you energy.Start with some easier exercises, for example some stretching. You will notice that in no time you will feel more energetic and in the mood for a good workout. Playing some loud jumpy music and starting with some dance movements could also help.Think also of the amazing benefits working out in the morning will bring to you:feeling full of energy all day long!Have a good workout!

Set your alarm clock (make sure it's really loud) far away from your bed, and place your sneakers right by it. So when it rings in the morning, you'll have to jump out of bed to shut it off, and just when you plan to go back to bed, you'll see your sneakers staring at you, and hopefully that will give you some motivation to workout in the morning. Also, post-it notes with postive/affirming messages will be sure to get you on the go! Good luck! =)

First, there is such a thing as Morning people and Nighttime people. Some people just naturally have more energy in the morning. I am one of them, so after a morning cup of coffee with the TV playing in the background, I do about 20 minutes of crunches, leg lifts, and pushups. Just establish working out as a habit and as the Greeks said, Know Thyself--don't do too much or you won't be able to stand it, and will quit. Good luck!

easy. when you wake up and you don't want to work out...think about all the things you will be eating during the day...think about if you didnt work out and how the intake of calories and saturated fat is going to add up and it is all because you didnt work out. thats what i do and my ass is at the gym running from that nightmare...lol
