Yes you are having an amniotic sac leak, the cramps are called braxton hicks which mimic real contractions...and if you are having them now you will have them throughout the pregnancy. The only thing that you need to worry about is if you are having a major amout of leakage. If you are feeling like there is pee all over the bed like a huge puddle call your ob but that is totally normal to have a minor leak like that. And really there will not be any amniotic fluid if you are leaking now, just wear like a maxi pad and that should help....Hang in there, it's all normal you just have the first time mom paranoia! Good Luck hun!

I would call your doctor and ask. When at home before I had my baby, my water broke but apparently at the hospital my doctor said I had a 'high leak.' So I did have my water break somewhat, but not all the way. Sounds like that could be what you are describing. Better to call and find out. They'll probably want to see you.

well mine gushed out and i was laying down i had been induced, it has a really horrible smell like nothing else uve smelt before so if when i came out it has a really off smell then its more than likely ur water. but u shud ring the labor ward and tell them. also put a pad on ur undies to keep track of how much fluid ur loosing, the midwife will ask u to do that over the fone probably so they can check it. but to me it sounds like u have punctured ur water bag if it smells that it. but deffiently give the labor ward a ring and talk to someone there

It could be that your water broke, but you really need to call the hospital and get ready to go in. You can't tell if you are lying in bed. Also, if there is cramping, that is a good clue you are starting into labor. And if you don't go in, you could hurt the baby if you have a prolapsed cord.
I would at least call the doctor or go into the birth center.

yes it can be leaking
it would likely continue to leak as you continue to add water to the amniotic fluid during the day so there would be a continual source of water. sounds like you are having a baby. call the dr. you don't want an infection.\\

You need to go to your doctor and have the fluid tested through an exam. They wont let you go another day (usually) with a tear because of the risk of infection.
With my first pregnancy, I just had some leakage and my second, there was nothing.
