Ok.. heres the deal...i'm a guy.. n there r these 2 girls who r kinda like my best buddies types...lets take them as G1 n G2.. G1 is havin a long distance relationship with a guy, say M... M calls G1 n talks to her a lot n also talks to G2 while at it (coz G1 and G2 r in the same dorm).. G2 n M talk a bit on the lovey dovey side(probably just to bug G1)n it usually doesnt bug her.. but this one particular day it did bug her.. n she told me bout it..So i called up G2 n gave her the rap... n she got pissed with me and gave me words like "why do u give a **** if i act bit*** u b*****d" n all that... Now question 1: why was she pissed at me for ? 2.Should i have poked my nose in this crap in the first place? 3.How should i behave to G2 after all this? 4. what would u do now.. if u were in my place ?

1. You did put your nose where it didn't belong and maybe G2 doesn't appreciate your nosing around. Did G1 ask you to say something to her?

I think what you did was fine you were just helping a friend out in need G2 sounds like she isn't a true friend to G1 if i were you i would wait till G2 apologizes to you and I think she has some explaining to do to G1 with the boyfriend thing she sounds like she might be interested in him whole new story you might not want to be in the middle

so for ur ans.1. G2 was pissed at u for pokin ur nose betn her n M. i dont thk she is doin, wat she's doin, to bug G1 . maybe it started that way but now has gone a lil too far. thats the only reason i see for her, showering those praises on u.
well for ans.2. if u really wanted to poke ur nose u shud have done in a more subtle way, rather showin off ur manly boldness to her. that answers ur 3rd ques.
which is, if u really wanna be frenz wit G2 then apologise theres not much u can d other than that. tel her it was jus ur concern for G1 that made u behave so. also ask G1 to expres herself to G2 after u hav discussed thgs wit her. so that all 3 of u are on the same grid. it will help avoid many a confusion.
ans 4. as for ur last ans. in ur place i wud hav rather asked G1 to behave wit me the way M and G2 behave. u never kno thgs cud have worked out for good for all the 4 of u. atleast it wud be clear who's aftr whom n wat is it that each one wants.

I can't believe everyone is telling you to stay out of it?
Your friend is in a relationship with a guy, and another one of your friends is intruding on that with "mean girl" intentions.
I think you did the right thing by calling her out. Who cares if she got mad? People always get mad when they get caught or called out. Her integrity sucks, and she was just pissed you witnessed that.
Who cares what she called you...Seriously...anyone with that kind of character should not be a close friend of yours. Also...she doesn't even have common courtesy respect for you or the other friend...
So...why is she your friend again?
I would have told her this when she called me names:
"Umm....I'm sorry, I'm not really interested in being friends with someone like you. I thought you were cool, but I guess I was wrong."

I feel you should have stayed out of it dude! She was pissed at you because it had nothing to do with you and you were stepping to her as if it was your business. I would apologize to her for saying anything to her about it and tell her the next time she calls you out your name you will knock the hell out of her. Okay scratch the last part. (hee hee)
