I'm from italy, and i think that people now doesn't care about relation with others, they think only to impress others with a good looking (which is important, but nont most of all) and more than ever people now think first of all at them selves.
What a sad world_

Yes it is Hard to fine a friend, same sex friends are a little easy-er, but still your right ppl tend to look first then think OK...as for male female friends that's a whole another story....it is sad that all of us think with are eyes first and not there mind

Do you live in Italy??? First of all you need to cultivate a friendship. You don't just walk up to someone and say that you want to be their friend. But, I feel that you are right, most times people feel that they should impress others with their good looks, they don't always look at the personality, if you don't have a good personality, and aren't a good person as well, then you're a phoney and no one likes that!!!

yes you are absolutely true elisa. its really hard to find a friend. nowadays ppl are becoming more and more selfish. friendship is not important for them. they only see outer beauty, which is completely wrong. one must see the beauty of heart before doing friendship with him or her, theh he can see outer beauty. good looks are not important. i think you have been betrayed by ur frenz, dats y u r saying this way.
hey elisa i was also earlier like u., but wait a little, u will surely get a good fren. you are very nice person. i dont know y u dont hv good frenz. ppl must feel lucky 2 hv u as their fren.
and yes there are good ppls still alive in this world.

I agree with u. I must say I am lucky though. I have never tried to make a million friends. I have just a couple who I have known for more than 19 years (and one of them is an Italian! from Milano).

I don't understand why you'd -want- to make a friend. You -just- said they don't care about others and only think about impressing people and themselves. Really, why would you want one if that's what you're going to get yourself into?

i agree with u i have all kinds of friends but i can name alot of them that has stabbed me in the back. one day they are nice to your face and the next day they are running u down into the ground. i have 2 certain friends i hang with (well used ti hang with) evey other day they were talking **** about me. well now i just stay home and dont go around them i dont need friends like that

That s true..there was a time when i felt the same...you realise the value of friends just when you dont have one near u...but as time goes you ll find someone to your liing...it s just a matter of time...wait for that..

ya I agree with u finding a true"friend" is really dificult i myself have experienced betrayals and backbiting from my best friends but then i guss u cant help it.I sincerely hope that u get a true friend really soon with whom u can share ur joys and sorrows

Its not difficult to find a friend, its difficult to find good friends. I have around 20 friends hardly one is good to me.
