1) Nanya - NT5DS16M8AT-7K

Sounds like your memory is either incompatable, or you maxed out. Try these sites. They might be helpful.

No don't worry. You will not get full use of all your memory. Your computer has to allocate some of the memory to perform the basic computer functions to get your computer up an running. Ask a computer expert and they will tell you the same thing. And it doesn't matter what company you use for your memory module. It matters what kind of memory modules you are using. Are you using DDR, DDR2? you can't use two different modules of that kiind.

Well, the reason is that it is only seeing 480MB is because you have an integrated graphics card that is taking 32MB for its use. As for the sound interference, that could be caused by just about anything, try updating the audio drivers, check the speaker connection and so on but I don't have a recommendation on that front.

The solution to getting that 32MB back is to get a dedicated graphics card.

It sounds like you have on-board video. Video cards use memory and when you have on-board video the video card is built into the motherboard and uses some of the motherboard's memory. Your configuration seems to be working fine. Basically, the video card is grabbing 32 megs of memory.

IT IS NOT A DAMAGE

YOUR VGA DISPLAY HAS OCCUPIED IT AS SHARED RAM SIZE
YOU CAN ADJUST IT IN THE INITIAL CMOS SETUP ON THE BOARD NOT TO SHARE THE RAM FOR VGA OR AGP

THANK YOU
