Next sizes up go like this strap 36, cup D. If you are uncertain on how to figure out what size bra to wear go to department store like Kohl's, JCPenney's, Lazarus and ask in that department - someone will measure you and help you to find the correct size. You will also be directed to a bra with an underwire because that is what they are taught to believe although if you are pregnant or nursing this is not a safe thing to do.

Measure around your chest just under your boobs. Add 5 to this measurement. If it's an odd number, go up to the next even number. Measure around the fullest part of your breast. Every inch above the first measurement is one cup size. These directions are on the paper flaps over the hangers or on the back of the box of most bras, is it really that difficult to figure out how to get a correct measurement?

Ok. The C is for the Cup. And the 34 is for your upper body. I'd say rather go for a 36C, then the straps would be longer.

How to measure... Just try and try different types and sizes of bra's.

Measure around your chest, under your breasts and keep the tape measure loose and comfortable. Most bras have adjustable straps you can tighten.

Also a bra shop or a lingerie section of a store has specialists that will measure you and tell you exactly what you need. It really helps!
