most of the multiple personalities arent aware of the others. they are all independent. if it do happen thet the personalities are aware of another 1, its usually only one personality, that acts according to freud's ego to keep the peace between the others

Yes, I think it is. Likewise, if said person were a business owner and touched him/herself during the business day; I believe said person should sue him/herself for sexual harassment.
