Read books. Sad, but true. You won't develop telekinesis or anything, but reading will stretch the mind. The Hobbit, by JRR Tolkein is a good read for mind-stretching, as is almost anything by Orson Scott Card (start with Ender's Game).

Read a lots of books on what specializes you or what you want and enjoy ( eg. books of medicine if your on medical field or a nature and geography if you like that kind of stuff).

concentration on issues you're clearly sturdy at for self assurance development then challenge out to different subjects or activities. consume Blueberries daily for sharper psychological function,(a pair hand fulls) it works!
