40.95/5 - 2.614/9
multiply 2 x 13.65 = 40.95 and multiply 2 x 1.307 = 2.614
8.19x - 0.290444444 = 7.899555556 or 7.9 rounded to one deximal place
The answer is x =7.8

In order to do this problem you need all the digits whole numbers.
So multiple the 3/5 by 5/3 and do that with the 2/9 by 9/2.
Then multiply the 13.65 and the 1.307 by 100.
Once this is done you will have whole numbers. Then the problem is easy just get the X's on one side and the numbers on the other.
So if you are left with 32X = 1,200
You would divide 32X by 32 and 1,200 by 32 to get what X equals.
