I'm looking to find out which states in the U.S.A. are "corporation friendly"...meaning places where corporations benefit the most

I'd really like to see some sources to back up the answers, but I'll trust someone who takes the time to convince me.

Thanks very much.

Deleware is #1 - I shouldn't have to convince you, do a web search for the obvious answer. Nevada is probably #2, followed by FL. TX is ok.

Stay away from CA, NY, and MA unless the business reasons to be there outweigh the red tape and taxes.

Delaware was the haven for corporations, but Nevada now offers better protection from having the corporate veil pierced. Like Delaware, Nevada also has great treatment with regard to taxes.

Just look up Nevada Corporation and Delaware Corporation and you'll see the wide ranges of benefits those two states allow.

I don't have a top 5, because really it is Nevada then Delaware, and after that everyone else wants a part of the pie.
