I'm a huge Steelers fan and I love Polamalu.....
However, he plays out of position and was covered by Chris Hope. However, he's gone now so I'm not sure how Troy will adjust.
Sanders plays on a great defense so he might have a better year.

Bob Sanders is better, just because Steelers won the Super Bowl, and everyone has this love affair with Troy, Sanders is still better:)

troy definitely. don't get me wrong, bob sanders plays for a good team, but he's gonna need more talent around him for him to be able to have a better season than troy

Sanders is smaller but probably hits harder. Polamalu may be the better overall player.
