Why is everyone blaming civilian deaths on Israel?

The Hizbollah delibarately places its rockets and missiles and fighters in civilian areas so that A Israel won't attack as hard and B so if they do they look bad. Why don't people blame the civilian deaths on the terrorists in their midst?

I'm not jewish. But I think any group that vows to fight to the last person should not be cowards and hide behind women and children.

All terrorists are weak cowards who have no interest in reason or civility. They know their ideas are false and can't stand close scrutiny.

everyone looks at it from his/her prospective.we as muslims see the israels as the invaders ,and the threat to the whole arab countries and people , then logically the frontier countries must be prepared and ready for any attack .how isreals justify their heavy arms to protect themselves and ignore the arabs'right to do the same.
as muslims it is prohibited to target innocent civilians,and our history prooves this.the real muslim doesn't kill to deprive someone of his right ,for he will only fight those who threat the peace and stability of the community.
