I vote C - Adrenaline. It works as a stimulant for the heart and muscles. The chemical makes the heart pump harder so more oxygen can reach the muscles to reenergize them. If you need to fight or run, then you'll need all the strength you can get. The Amygdala is also effected by being frightened or agitated (thus causing the fight or flight syndrome).
