Can someone name me a good tune to help me relax and chill out, some kind of relaxing tune, could be an instrumental of some kind or even some type of meditation music - i cant think of any.

Actually I go get accupuncture and the music there is the most relaxing it is Enya and all of her music is for meditating!

There's a whole series of CD's ...under the Buddah Bar name.
Pick anyone ...very chill out, down tempo stufff.
Also the Hotel Costes series..there are 8 in the series at this point. These are an incredible collection of acid jazz, chill-house, downtempo tunes that are both infectious and accessible.
It's my favorite for just kickin' back on a hot summer day....or even better..a hot summer night.
Also the Cafe Del Mar series is excellent too. A collection from Dj Jose Padilla of the famouse Ibiza sunset place.the Cafe del Mar.

Check out a group called Zero 7 (I think they are Australian but not sure) they did a song called Destiny which is all floaty an ambient - the rest of their music is very in the vein!

Just about anything by jack johnson is great... especially the song "Banana Pancakes". also, the Thievery Corporation has excellent chill out music.

'Echoes' side two of the album Meddle by Pink Floyd always send me on a journey through 'theta space'..but if that's not your cup of tea, I recently brought a 3CD compilation called 'Tranquil Chill out' from Demon Music Group ltd (Northstar music Pub ltd)subtitled.. Serenity..peace..harmony, and it has never failed to draw me into a deep sleep state.
