ur laptop was down and u asked to use the one that belongs to the guy next door,hes always coming over to borrow useless things you know he doesnt need! Anyway he offers to loan you his laptop,being a ..okay just being nosey I happen to find pics of me he has obviously taken from my home scanned and put on his PC.Now what do I do?
A-Go over there stick the laptop where the sun doesnt shine and give him a piece of my mind and call the police on him...
B-same as A but i dont call the cops and I have nothing else to do with him
C-delete the pics and let it slide but keep away from him
D-pretend i didnt see anything..because to be honest i was nosing around his PC in the first place
Im leaning towards A......my dog was right....... he never liked this guy!

this is for tabby and others who are nopt reading my Q properly I did not say pictures of me at home.....i said he took them from my home!!!!when he has come over to borrow tings i have often left him in my sitting room where I have a desk full of pictures,usually work pictures

Maybe you should not have snooped, but then again, he stole those pictures from you. I'd delete them, give him back his laptop, and avoid him as much as possible. Definitely don't let him in your house, maybe he has other things as well, and watch out for more perverted things he does. He could be crazy or something.
Calling the police would be an almost useless act, there is really nothing they can do but file a report. He may also get the message when he notices the pics are deleted and lay off.

well if the pictures as you say where stolen from your home,
well that's theft and he can be done for same,
and as you are a model one would presume that the photographer or yourself has copyright so he has also breached copyright laws, that also Carry's a heavy fine and time,
well if it was me i would tell him you found the photos on the PC, that you are keeping the PC until all original have been returned,
i would press charges in the mean time,
the only part i can not figure out is how can he be that silly known as you say he has stolen photos of you on the PC then hand it over to you,
maybe you where supposed to find them,
i would be weary of him,
and call the police charge him with all the above,

I'd say don't delete anything.. if you intend going to the cops...
But your a model... now why do you think this guys keeps dropping in at your place...
And why do you entertain him... do you how shall I say this... hmmm tease him??
Is he the one who is at fault, here... well picking up pictures of you... may not be the wisest thing he's done... but shouldn’t you have noticed some were missing??
Did he replace them after he scanned them?... so many questions...
Finally you can cut him some slack... but if you do feel threatened in anyway... go with option A...
And by the way don't return his laptop.. ;)

Sounds like you need a bigger/ uglier/ meaner dog!!!
Seriously.... Tell this guy you do not like it and delete your pics before you give the laptop back!! And make it clear if he ever does that kinda thing again.... there will be men in uniform crashing through his windows with full armour!
Later, when you laugh about how pale he was... consider that you are sexy!! Else, he wudn't have done that....
And teach your dog some tricks!! Like biting the balls off guys that look supicious!!

What do you mean pictures of you taken at your home? Have you ever invited this guy into your home before or are you the type of person who dresses and undresses with your window open? If no to these questions, then you have a starker and potential rapist on your hand and quite frankly I am very suspicious that you are taking this very calmly.....maybe too calmly and you aren't telling us everything.

Make copies of the pics for evidence , kick his @ss , and then report him as a peeping tom . If your dog does not like him you should stay as far away from him as you can . Dogs and children seem to have an inherited sense that tells them when a person is good or bad .

being a model you couldn't blame him for stealing them away because he could tell the cops he got them from the net or that you just gave them o him ,,,It would be just too much to tell the cops...for some pics which are not even compromising to you; if you don't like the situation nor the guy you can appart him , never let him entering your house again...

Drop a dime on him, call the cops and see what they say. It could be innocent ( frankly if your unaware of the pictures I don't see how, it's just plain weird by my standards ) but if it isn't then you may have a problem. Let the coppers sort him out.

E-confess that you saw them and ask why he's doing it. the fact that he's not only taking pictures but also coming over to borrow stuff might mean he's a stalker and that might be bad. admit that you were wrong to snoop, but focus on the issue at hand: he's obsessed with you and it's unhealthy
