These are from NY&Co, really light tan, I guess you'd call them, and I want to look business casual. I'm only 5'1", petite if that makes a difference.

Make your shirt & pants the same color and make that color darker than your jacket. It's slimming that way and since you're short, you don't want to break up your height. I'd choose black. The darker color will set off your necklace. You didn't ask about shoes, but I'll volunteer advice there too. Make them the same color as your pants, in this case black also. You didn't ask about jewelry or accessories either but I'm just full of advice this morning. If you wear the necklace, skip all other jewelry except maybe your wrist watch to avoid overdoing.

If you don't like or don't look good in black, try a different neutral, maybe darker brown.

Naturally you'd wear a White or perhaps an Off-white blouse. The blouse should also be elegant so that considering climatic conditions, you might have to remove the jacket. Pants could also match with the color of the blouse or the jacket. You didn't mention shoes, so I hope that you are not considering wearing black, unless that is also one of the colors in the beads. Being petite, I think you can get away with whatever you decide. It's us "Big Girls", who have to step it up a notch or two. Good Luck!!

How about a turquoise tee with a pair of tan pants that blend with the jacket...The turquoise shirt will add a little dimension to the outfit. Tan is a great color because it is pretty neutral, even if it is light. You can go with a yellow, orange, an even lighter tan, olive, mint, white, black...it goes on and on.

I say go with a cream colored shirt and a skirt or capri dress pants that are light tan or lt brown...

Browns are so versatile that you can pretty much go with any color. But I would stick with the light tan and go with something like that. Also, go for a pair of heels maybe some that tie-up around the legs or a pair of stilettos that have one strap around the ankle. I think those are so sexy.

If the jacket and beads are about the same color, I would wear some black slacks and a black cam with tan shoe. If you don't want to wear black then I would also go with navy blue if you want that business look.

Cream shirt I think would do nicely.

Any earth-color between tan and black will do for pants. The pants should not be lighter than the top; nor the socks lighter than the pants, nor the shoes lighter than the socks.

Try darker tan pants and a white shirt to set it off. Dark brown shoes also.

It is dependent upon your coloring and what kind of makeup, jewellery, and sneakers. If you are darker and opt for to put on makeup in colors of brown then go for a darker coloration or cream, no longer brilliant white. If you're lighter and put on blues then that you may coordinate consequently. If you happen to wear gold jewellery go for browns and olives, etc. Silver, lighter colours. The goal is to compliment your dermis and hair.

You could go with a orange-red shirt-plain, or a deep green. Pants could be brown or black. Or a little skirt in those colors and some fancy sandals.
