Two ways. One, convert the water to hydrogen and oxygen through electrolysis. They burn very nicely. Second, add a bunch of fuel to the water at about a 98 to 2 ratio. Mix it really well, and you're done.

Motors won't run on water! You can seperate the water molecules into their individual elements, hydrogen and oxygen and then use the hydrogen to power a motor. This process requires more energy to seperate the elements then you get from the hydrogen, so you have to question why you'd do it.
