I have. I'm a big biker/trucker type of guy (I was 30 years old at the time). My Mother had just died. I was walking down the hallway of the hospital (in kind of a daze).
I saw this older lady standing in front of a display of some sort (she was alone). We just looked at each other and I asked if she needed a hug. We hugged and both cried. Her husband was in the hospital for surgery and wasn't doing to good.
I didn't know her nor her me. We both just needed a hug and a cry at the same time. I have never seen her again but I will always remember her.
So YES, I have cried in public

For my sixtieth birthday, my daughter bought mom and I tickets to see 'Buddy' - I have been a Buddy Holly fan most of my life. We took our seats, great position and settled down. The lights dimmed, and the curtain opened to reveal a guitar on its own in the centre of the stage. I cried my heart out, so much so that I had to get up and go into the gents loo. Even now at the memory, I am beginning to moisten up.............sorry.

Yes, I cried like a baby at my high school graduation because my brother got very ill and was rushed to the hospital so half of my family couldn't come

Yes, I openly cried in the theater when I saw The Passion
of the Christ. It was such an intense and emotional movie.

Yes when i was younger i got stung bye 2 bees at the some time! And we were at Wal-Mart and i was crying with an ice water pack on my hand!
