IF you cant find the music at any KAROOKE site or store
there is free software that will remove the vocal tracks from any song I use AC 97 sound effects management software
it has a voice cancellation feature .

If all else fails, it might be possible to download it as a free midi file, burn /record to audio/CD and use it this way for the wedding. You might need a basic audio rec facility on your PC that records sound coming through your speakers( free download sites have many). Somebody's bound to have done a version of it, as it is reasonably well known/traditional tune. Type in free midi and check out what sites have available. Some midi files are better quality than others so check out a number of them first.
