Check out the weekly newspapers that advertise all the going's on in your area. They will have a section devoted to "mature themes" and will likely list a few ads asking for volunteers to make adult films. Must be at least 18 with verifiable proof of age. Be careful and good luck.

It really isn't very hard, once you meet the right people. If you want to be in big porno movies, you need to qualify, but for low budget internet stuff anyone can be a star. Ask around at your local bar for porn photographers and actors.
