I have horrible migraines and I am almost 21 weeks pregnant. The doctor told me caffeine for migraines and plenty of water. It has helped. Plus if you are not eating something every 2 hours, just something small, then that could be causing your migraines. Dont worry about gaining a lot of weight. I have only gained 3 1/2 lbs after I had lost 16 lbs and I try to eat something even if it is an orange, every 2 hours.

Make sure you are drinking plenty of water. Tylenol, Tums and Chlor-Trimeton are the only meds over the counter the doctor would let me have. And anda*, that's so rude. You should talk; you can't even spell!

You are allowed to take paracetamol when pregnant. i found a gel mask brilliant when lying in a quiet , dark room relaxing. Also avoid caffeine in things such as coffee, chocolate etc.

Paracetamol is safe. For the person above that suggested Ibuprofen, my GP told me NOT to take that!

You might try seeing a massage therapist or a chiropractor and see if they can help you.
