I read it in a magazine.And checked the dictionary 4 d meaning but could'nt find the word.

Narf!, an interjection used by the cartoon character Pinky of Pinky and the Brain

Annie answered the same way I would have I just looked it up in the same place. I only know Narf from Pinky and the brain it's not Thundercats

Check out the urban dictionary. It is great for finding informal meanings of slang words. The link is below. I am in agreement that it started on Pinky and the Brain and is used as a substitute word for something else.
