If you would like a "terrible rash" and "smoothie look".
I can offer the following recipe:
Take one banana 14 ounces of orange juice, about 10 Ice cubes 6 strawberries and 3 ounces of refined apple juice and about 4 ounces of plain rotten yogurt.
Shave your pubic region with a rusty blade, do not use any moisturizer or cream, dry shave, rusty blade, blend the above ingredients for 3 minutes on medium blender speed. When done apply to freshly shaved pubic region. That should provide you with the desired results. No Joke! You will have a "smoothie look" pubic region with a terrible rash. Really.
Please let me know how this works out for you.
Best Regards.

Choose the right hair removal cream. There is this particular brand which relaxes your hair pores and afterwhich you could remove your hair which an easy sweep. No plucking or shaving or whatsoever.
If you have any gay friends, you should consult them. I know some uses it to remove their armpits hair.
No rashes or any bad side effect. Except that, after few uses, some may find that they don't grow anymore hairs.
Personally,I used them to remove most of my body hairs before my backpacking trips to reduce "hygeine" problems. I'm a lazy bugger. :D

Well, if you want to get a rash, just shave against the grain of your hair.
