Why do tramps never use internet cafes?

Half the geeks in them things only ever buy one cup of coffee for like 12 hours of surfing for animal po*n or playing doom or however they get their kicks...it would be a nice place for tramps/hobo/homeless people to go to get out of the rain plus they can make lots of new friends and pretend to be something they are not like everyone else on the web...

Are their any tramps on line now?
