you can use it in amillion ways actually...
i will give you just a few examples:
1) "where am i?" i thought to myself while walking around and then came that voice from nowhere, "you are in cloud nine"...
2)"you are on a mission my freinds:
roy-take cloud ten, john-im giving you cloud seven, and you Ben will be on cloud nine!"
3) we were standing on cloud waiting for the evil killer to come out, we wanted to stop him so badly but he never came, he probebly ran away...
4) "i hope it is enough for you because im standing on cloud nine and i dont have a lot of time for you because i have to jump to heaven, as you know cloud nine is the last before heaven, or is it?"

The chocolate mouse was so light I felt like I was on cloud nine while I was enjoying it.
