To do one good deed a day ?

i try to do many good deeds everyday...i don't stop at one or have a set number. i just let God give me every chance i can get...and try to respond in the right way. :)

It's not easy when you don't always have the opportunity every day, but sometimes not doing something which may be bad is also a good thing. I don't spam people, so does that mean I'm doing a good deed?

Depends what you mean by good deed, if you mean holding the door open for a complete stranger or leting them go first? then, yes. If you mean good deed as in helping someone out with their broken down car? Then, Yes (or whenever I get the opporitunity, it's not the most common sight).

I do not try. I am a kind person who has almost too much of a tender heart. I simply do good deeds and help others every chance.

hardly that i do it every day, but when ever i have my chance to help some one, here i am . Someone says that people are doing good deed just to make themselves feel better, well, maybe that is true...

the closest i get to doing a good deed is to impart my little bit of wisdom on yahoo answers.
why do you ask, do you try and do one good deed a day?
i guess you could call giving good advice as a good deed. so 57 best answers tel me i've done something right.
i did say my little wisdom and my limited knowledge.

Yes, I really do. Sometimes I'll go out of my way and do a really nice thing, but most times it is something small like letting someone go in front of me on the line at the grocery store, or bringing up a neighbor's garbage can. I'm glad you bought this up, because if everyone did one nice thing a day the world would be so much better.

Yes... Its kinda uplifting... Like letting someone pass by in traffic or helping someone... Good deeds are a dying breed...so that makes doing them unique :D, besides kindness does no harm...well most of the time :d

Good deeds are a habit of mine. It comes from many yrs of practice.
