When speaking the words come out uneven (kinda like stuttering but the instead of the words being broken up the sentence is) like when you are frustrated and cant get your words to come out in a smoothe sentence like they normally do.

It is like choking on your words. You try, but the words have a hard time coming out. It is something similar to stuttering.
