Who am I hitting? Or who is hitting me? That is a toughy...I mean how fast are these cars going? Am I on a bicycle, or just walking? If I get hit, is it their fault? Can I sue them for lots of money? If I hit them, can they sue me for lots of money? Hmm..I would totally rather get hit...

Why would anyone want or prefer to be hit by a car? If my life or someone I give a crap about's life was in danger then heck yes I would hit them. An if that didn't finish them off then I would throw it in reverse and power-brake my wheels on their head a few times to finish them off. That way the cops couldn't identify who it was and all I would have to say is that the goofy S.O.B. was trying to kill me.

Definately be hit. I would not like to live with the guilt of having hit someone, I think you're physical injuries (provided they weren't too extensive) would heal much quicker than the mental scars of having done that to someone.

Well, my brother was hit by a car and he is fine, it was a minor accident, so...if it was minor then I wouldn't mind being hit, and if it was minor with me hitting someone else, then I wouldn't have to live with the grief of hurting someone badly.

If I was in the right, and wasn't hurt too badly, it makes sound financial sense to be hit by someone else.

if i had to choose, i'd rather hit someone with my car. i say that b/c more than likely it'd be their fault for walking in the street like they have a bumper on their a$$. why do pedestrians do that? i know that LEGALLY pedestrians have the right of way, but that does not mean that you can lollygag across the street. get outta my way!!!:-)

It depends, if it were a case of living and not being totally crippled, I would take one for the team. Anything more than that, got to say I would rather be the hitter.
