Yes, some forms of contraceptive pill with higher oestrogen levels, ie 35mcg plus can increase breast size. However, with this comes an increased risk of breast cancer, high blood, and more risks of blood clots. HTH.

As far as I know - none with proven effects. And do you really want to be cramming your body with pills that you don't know what the side effects will be?
Either save up for surgery, or love what your mamma (didn't) give you! I recommend the latter.

I've heard that the more sex you have the larger your breasts will become becouse of the hormones

exercise.
extend your arms, bend on elbows towards chest, move elbows inward and outward.
the muscles on breast will become firmer and robust, extending the looks of a breast, although not necessarily enlarged, but with enlarged perception.
what;s the fuss, natural small breasts in good condition LOOK GOOD!
