It's called Tinnitus. You could be also taking too many aspirin - that can cause it. But you can look it up on-line to find other causes.

Tinnitus can be caused by other things - antibiotics, jaw troubles and muscle troubles related to the head and neck. Go to a doctor and get it checked out.
