"Discovery - a life journey"
because when you write about yourself, you suddenly DISCOVER things that you didn't know about yourself, or you discover your ability to REMEMBER things you thought you've completely erased from your mind.
When you BEGIN witting, you begin a journey,
When you finish, then you've completed this journey, and are ready to begin the next.
