How can I tell him with out him just refusing to make it again?

Tell him you have bad news. Your doctor has instructed you to stay away from tea, it affects your caffeine level and your doctor said he/she does not recommend you to drink decaf either as the chemicals in them are not good. Brag on your doctor and tell the co worker you don't know what you would do without this doctor as you just think so much of him/her. When your co worker drinks the tea, tell them it looks good but your doctor said....

Go to work early and tell him: "For so long you have been making tea for me, it is time I make tea for you. I will make the tea now ok?" And make your own tea.
