Yes! The calculate. They were invented in the 1800's.They were made of gears. You push a button or turn a crank and the gears would turn.Computer only consists of on or off symbols.So if you turn your girl on and then off you have a computer that runs on electricity but has no electronic components.

It may be possible, in the future, to devise components that are non electrical in nature, but perform the same functions, only using light instead of electricity. Some of these components already exist, such as fiber optic cable instead of wire.
