Is your computer old?

If you can get on other sites with that computer and just not Yahoo! Answers, you may want to just try clearing out the cookies and temporary internet files from Internet Options under the Tools menu of your browser. Sometimes something as simple as that will work.

If you continue to have problems with the Yahoo! Answers site only (no other websites), you can try posting on the forum linked in the upper right of this page with info such as what web browser you're using (Internet Explorer, Opera, etc.) and what's coming up when you try to go to that page. I'm sure someone will be able to help you out.

As for Yahoo! Messenger, there are many different problems people have experienced. For some, you can find the answers right on the Yahoo! Messenger help pages. For others, try the Yahoo! Messenger category under Yahoo! Products with details such as what version you're doing and what exactly you're trying to do and where it's not working.
