When you have a tough problem that you need to think out alone.....?

...where do you do your thinking?

In my old house, we used to have a huge tree. I'd climb up there, sit there and think it out. It was really relaxing.

Now I live in a flat, but I go to my mum's house in the country and sit down by the horse's stables to think. The graves of all the pets we've lost are next to the stables, so I sit near them and think.

Hey, think is quite a funny word really, maybe I need to go think about that....

I usually go outside on my deck in the backyard at night time and I think while I gaze up into the night sky. It's just so very peaceful and serene that it makes it very easy to think of positive ways to solve my problem or dilemma.

either outside next to the lake outside our house or inside in the bathroom sitting on the floor. Although every once in a while I do a great bit of thinking just sitting in the car.

I usually do a lot of my important thinking on my early a.m. walks with my dog. The neighborhood is quiet, and everything is tranquil and calm. It's perfect for clearing my head and focusing on the task at hand.
