I cannot understand for the life of me why teens are still set on having unprotected sex to put themselves in a situation like this.
It could be either symptom. You need to see a doctor to confirm pregnancy if you miss your period. Until then, its a guessing game.
Seriously, if you are not pregnant - let this be a learning lesson to you.

you going to have to wait and see.
check closer to when your cycle is due that is the only way you going to know.
But sensitive breasts is common in pre menstrual cycle.
and aslo pregnancy
