you could make stupid joking remarks...if you say them enough, she might get the point, and think about it!
or you could act like people are talkin about her behind her back. and tell her...she might become more concious about it!
although these dont seem very ethical...sometimes its the best way :)

just tell her what you think, really, and say you think its about time she got of her high horse,,if she,s; a true mate,, she will respect your honesty, if she doesnt like it, tell her to trot off and boss someone else about,,.
