Jordan, there is a lot to see, like Petra, Jerash, Madaba, the hot springs of Maan, the Dead Sea, and then you can end it off by visiting Aqaba. Its a great spot for the whole family. There is nice amenities, and great halal food. Lots of masjids and lots of nice people. Inshalla, you will find a place to vacation!

Saudi Arabia is a Middle Eastern country that occupies most of the Arabian peninsula and has coastlines on the Indian Ocean, Persian Gulf and Red Sea. Neighbouring countries include Jordan to the northwest, Iraq and Kuwait to the northeast, Bahrain and Qatar to the east, the United Arab Emirates to the southeast, and Oman and Yemen to the south.
Saudi Arabia contains the holy Muslim cities of Makkah and Madinah, to which all physically and financially able Muslims are required to make a pilgrimage at least once if possible (see Hajj).

Cape Town South Africa has a large Muslim population and most fast food places (MacDonalds, Kentucky Fried Chicken, etc.) are Halaal as are the butcheries in the big supermarkets and many restaurants. There are numerous mosques. Whilst you do get tourists, it is a big city with masses of places to go to and things to do.

National Geographic Adventurer magazine did a great article last month on the path that the Queen of Sheba supposidly traveled through Yeman and surrounding areas. It was highly informative, you might check it out. It sounded like a great adventure.

Mekka!!
Sorry, I am kidding, but what about Turkey? Istanbul has great monuments (including mosques) and there are also many Ancient Greek and Byzantine sites. I would propose Greece to you, but the mosque issue will be a problem for you.

The Mecca is a good place to visit. You can also go to see the black stone called Hajr Al Aswad. It was kissed by the prophet Muhamad, and if you go to visit it, you can kiss it too. It is very crowded though. Do a search on the Mecca, or the Kaaba.

Washington, D.C.; President George W Bush has said that he thinks Muslims are good people. Surely you would want your family to be close to a President who speaks so highly of your faith.

Don't let his actions ruin his words for you.
