It does seem very scarey went you lump all the world's problems together but these problems are similiar to what mankind has had to face through the history of time...so no, I don't think the world is coming to an end. It's in a pretty bad state but we will survive. Now if a large meteor hits the earth, then were in trouble.

War is nothing new to this Earth and its' recent increase (Israel, Lebanon, etc) is not surprising nor does it necessarily signal the end of the world.
There have actually been HUNDREDS of wars each and every year, world wide but you just don't hear about them because the media is choosy about what it reports. The only reason that you hear about war with Irag is because of its' oil supplies and its' (the oil) significance to us as a country.
We currently have troops stationed in Germany, Kosovo, Japan, Italy, and serving (fighting) as peace keepers with the United Nations; all around the world but how often do you hear about that? Rarely if ever, simply because thiers little interest (by the public) in reporting it.
Will the world --- as we know it --- end? Yes, but maybe not just yet. It could be today or twenty years from now. Want more insight into this question? Read your Bible. It says plenty about the "end times".
On a final note; don't worry about Israel loosing any wars. They are profisized/destined to win. The only losers will be thier enemies and any one/nation that opposes them.
Peace will never come to Earth as we know it. Peace will only come to Earth; after the return of Jesus Christ.

The world is certainly moving closer to its end as predicted in the Bible. The anti-Christ is already at work deceiving people with lies and false promises. Wars and calamities will only increase, terror and cruelty will multiply.
"You should also know this, that in the last days there will be very difficult times. For people will love only themselves and their money. They will be boastful and proud, scoffing at God, disobedient to their parents, and ungrateful. They will consider nothing sacred. They will be unloving and unforgiving; they will slander others and have no self-control; they will be cruel and have no interest in what is good. They will betray their friends, be reckless, be puffed up with pride, and love pleasure rather than God. They will act as if they are religious, but they will reject the power that could make them godly. You must stay away from people like that." (2Timothy 3:1-5)
"For this lawlessness is already at work secretly, and it will remain secret until the one who is holding it back steps out of the way. Then the man of lawlessness will be revealed, whom the Lord Jesus will consume with the breath of his mouth and destroy by the splendor of his coming. This evil man will come to do the work of Satan with counterfeit power and signs and miracles. He will use every kind of wicked deception to fool those who are on their way to destruction because they refuse to believe the truth that would save them. So God will send great deception upon them, and they will believe all these lies. Then they will be condemned for not believing the truth and for enjoying the evil they do." (2Thessalonians 2:7-12)

We can easily survive global warming, no matter how big it is. There were tougher climate changes in mankinds history and we adapted. Terrorism is just a tiny matter in terms of "end of the world". Terrorists only kill a few number of people in comparison with wars.

... you sound really troubled and disturbed. yeh i want peace but let me tell you this.
Jesus Gave Signs of His Return:
In Matthew 24, Mark 13 and Luke 21 Jesus gave detailed and prominent signs that would herald the time when He was to return.
Here is a summary of those signs:
• false religious ideas
• warfare
• famines
• pestilence (rampant disease)
• earthquakes
• persecution of His people
• a lukewarm approach by many of His followers
• an increase in lawlessness
• fearful sights
• Jerusalem surrounded by armies
• signs in space
• distress of nations, with no way out
• the powers of heaven (Greek: ouranos, from which we get "Uranium") will be shaken (agitated, incited)
• the gospel would be published in all nations
In addition, Old Testament prophets gave other signs:
• an increase in knowledge
• an increase in travel
• descriptions of modern warfare
All this war is a sign that jesus is returning to earth.
God bless~~

absolutely everyone I had wronged in this existence, if I hadn't requested them to forgive me, i'd be apologetic about that. quite, in spite of the indisputable fact that i do not deliberately attempt to incorrect human beings yet now and again because we are human, it ought to ensue. it truly is why it is always significant to stay existence as if today is your very last day. did not Tim McGraw list a music like that. "stay like you're demise" Like the following day became a present, and also you purchased eternity, to imagine about what you’d do with it. An' what did you do with it? An' what am i able to do with it? An' what may I do with it?

You must read any book by Sylvia Browne, the world renown physic--she says that there will be no more world after this century is up. That's right--nothing after 2100. So we are technically living in the last days. 94 years to go.

No, it's not coming to an end as the US fundamentalist right would love us to believe. Life cannot be destroyed.
